Brookfield Property Partners

Jeffrey Blidner has served as a director of Brookfield Property Partners since July 2013. A resident of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Mr. Blidner is Vice Chair of Brookfield and former Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Private Funds Group. Mr. Blidner is also Chair of Brookfield Business Partners and Brookfield Renewable Partners and a director of Brookfield Asset Management and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners. Before joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Blidner was a senior partner at a Canadian law firm.

Stephen DeNardo has served as director of Brookfield Property Partners since April 2013. A resident of Stamford, Connecticut, USA, Mr. DeNardo has been Managing Director and President and CEO of RiverOak Investment Corp., LLC since 1999. Before that, he was Partner and Senior Vice President of ING Realty Partners, and President of ARES Realty Capital. Before joining ARES Realty Capital, he was a Partner at First Winthrop Corporation. Mr. DeNardo began his real estate career in New York City as manager of The Chrysler Building.

Lou Maroun has served as director of Brookfield Property Partners since April 2013. A resident of Warwick, Bermuda, Mr. Maroun is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Sigma Real Estate Advisors/Sigma Capital Corporation, which specializes in international real estate advisory services. Prior to that, he was the Executive Chairman of ING Real Estate Canada. Mr. Maroun is  also director of Brookfield Renewable Partners and Chairman of the Board of Trustees and a member of the Compensation Committee of Summit Industrial Income REIT. In 2007, Mr. Maroun was elected to the position of Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Lars Rodert has served as director of Brookfield Property Partners since April 2013. A resident of Stockholm, Sweden, Mr. Rodert is the founder and CEO of ÖstVäst Capital Management. Prior to that, he served  as a Global Investment Manager for IKEA Treasury and CIO of SEB Asset Management, where he was responsible for SEB Global Funds. Prior to SEB, Mr. Rodert worked at Gordon Capital and served as a partner with a private investment holding company, Robur et. Securitas.

Brian Kingston is Executive Chair of Brookfield's Real Estate business. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic oversight of Brookfield's real estate investments and operations as well as supporting the overall growth of the business. In addition, he is a member of Brookfield's Executive Committee. 

Mr. Kingston joined Brookfield in 2001 and has held a number of senior roles across the organization, most recently as CEO of the Real Estate business. 

Mr. Kingston holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
